I began my career as a residential realtor in Edmonton, Alberta, in 2003, quickly rising to the top 10% of realtors. However, my true passion has always been the investment side of real estate. In 2006, I transitioned to specialize in multifamily and investment sales, allowing me to gain extensive experience in areas such as land acquisition, new home development, large multifamily acquisitions, and property conversions.

A few years later, my family and I relocated to beautiful British Columbia. In 2020, I decided to shift my focus to real estate financing and became a mortgage broker. With my diverse background in real estate, I bring a unique perspective to the industry, understanding both the needs of buyers and the challenges they may face.
